Terms of conditions

1. Application
Registration by phone, e-mail, postcard, fax or via our homepage is binding. By registering, the participant accepts the terms and conditions.

2. Confirmation
Written confirmation will only be given when registering for a multi-day event.
Cancellations due to exceeding the participant limit will be issued immediately.

3. Participation fee
The FRANZ HITZE HAUS prefers direct debit. The collection of the participation fee takes place through an account debit at the time of the beginning of the event.

4. Ermäßigung
The FRANZ HITZE HAUS offers a discount for pupils, students (up to 30 years), apprentices, military and community service as well as recipients of unemployment benefit II and social assistance.

5. Cancellation/Withdrawal from registration
If a cancellation does not take place at least two weeks before the beginning of the conference, the participant must pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the conference fee. Three days before the full conference fee will be charged. If, however, the participant is able to name another participant or if someone from the waiting list moves forward, this fee will be waived.

6. Rights oft he organiser
The FRANZ HITZE HAUS has the right to cancel events within the organisation. In this case, it will refund already paid subscriptions. If an event does not take place, notification will be given. Content and schedule deviations as well as a lecturer exchange are reserved in urgent cases.

7. Data Protection
The collected participant data is recorded in-house via the EDP and used exclusively for internal purposes oft he Academy Franz Hitze Haus.

8. Photos and movies
Photo and film recordings of participants of the events can be published on the homepage of the Academy FRANZ HITZE HAUS Münster, in social networks or in their own print publications. By participating in the events, the participants agree. 

9. Others
Unused services or meals will not be refunded. Similarly, a partial reimbursement of the contribution in case of early departure is not possible.
For losses, damages or thefts at the events a liability of the organizer is excluded, as well as for self-inflicted accidents.
We ask for your understanding that bringing pets is not possible for reasons of hygiene.
